In 2014, Joe Fiocco and Carlos Ventura created Campo as a place to enjoy simple, rustic and hand-made meals from locally and seasonally sourced ingredients.
In Italian/Spanish, campo can mean "field" or "countryside." To Joe and Carlos, it means much more: a source of food and strength, good health, happiness and the welcoming feeling of being home.
